Variable Statement Imaging
On a monthly cycle, MPX prints, inserts and mails telephone bills for all of Pine Tree Network’s phone lines across the region. Custom bill messages are used for new product announcements, community efforts, and other marketing communications. MPX worked with PTN to re-design their statement format to ensure they were getting the most out of the available space. Selective inserting is used to ensure the right customers are receiving relevant messages. Lastly, on a monthly basis, MPX supports online presentment of the statements by providing PDF images of the statements on CD for upload to the online portal.
Wright Express
Online Tool for Creating Personalized Sales Collateral
As one of several web-to-print platforms, MPX supplies Wright Express with a customized site to help outside sales personnel generate personalized printed collateral. This solution eliminated obsolete sales materials stemming from large orders to each sales individual. Sales personnel are now able to personalize letters and sales brochures and order just what is needed, eliminating the waste resulting from obsolete sales materials.
